Zardari’s stepmother passes away in Karachi
According to sources, Zardari, Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, Fariyal Talpur, Azra Fazal Pechuho, and Zardari’s daughters – Aseefa and Bakhtawar – will reach Nawabshah to attend the funeral.
The deceased will be buried in ancestral graveyard Balu Jaqba besides her husband Hakim Ali Zardari.
President Arif Alvi, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, Chairman Senate Sadiq Sanjrani and other social and political figures expressed their grief over the sad demise.
The Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee (CJCSC) and services chiefs also expressed heartfelt condolences on her passing.
“May Allah bless the departed soul and give strength to the bereaved family to bear this irreparable loss, Ameen,” military’e media wing, the ISPR, quoted them as saying.
