Shoaib Akhtar to perform Hajj as state guest of Saudi Arabia
Former Pakistan pacer Shoaib Akhtar will perform Hajj as an official state guest of Saudi Arabia.
Sharing his pictures in an Ahram, the former fast bowler announced the development on his official Twitter handle.
The star player wrote: “Alhamdolillah going for honorary Hajj as the state guest of Saudi Arabia.”
The 46-year-old will also address the Hajj Conference where prominent Muslim personalities worldwide will participate.
Shoaib Akhtar also thanked the Saudi Embassy and Ambassador to Pakistan Nawaf bin Said Al-Malki for providing him with the opportunity to perform Hajj.
