Shahid Afridi shared a family photo on Women’s Day

Sahibzada Mohammad Shahid Khan Afridi, known as Shahid Afridi, is a former Pakistani cricketer and captain of the Pakistan national cricket team. Afridi is widely considered as one of the most destructive cricketers. An all-rounder, Afridi bowled leg spin and was recognized for his aggressive batting. Afridi was also a world record holder, holding the record for the fastest ODI century, in 37 deliveries. The record stood for 17 years before being broken by Corey Anderson. He also holds the record for having hit the most sixes in the history of ODI cricket. Bowling-wise Afridi, who considers himself a better bowler than batter, has taken 395 wickets in ODI and 48 Test wickets. In addition, he has also taken 98 T20I wickets.

On the occasion of International Women’s Day, Shahid Afridi paid tribute to his wife and daughters and shared their picture on social media website Twitter. He and his family share their commitment with women’s right by sharing beautiful portraits as he honored the ladies who play an influential role in his life. 

Shahid own a beautiful family which consist of five daughters, gave an owner to his wife at the event of women’s day. He always supports and stands for women’s rights. By sharing the family snaps he gave a message to give respect and equal rights to women, women’s day celebrate crossed glob on 8 March every year.

On his message on social media he said that “You are the nourishing power of the Universe, You make it come alive, more colorful & inspirational. Being a father of 5 wonderful girls, I can proudly say women have the strength to move the world; let’s celebrate them every day & support them to #BreakTheBias. Happy #WomensDay!”

With lovely personality  Shahid Afridi it can safely be said that cricket never has and never will see another like him.
