Not only is wearing sunblock “the simplest way to slow down the aging of your skin and greatly reduce your risk of skin cancer,” according to Dr. Parker, but you will prevent many issues down the line and potentially save your life.


Don’t go to bed with your makeup on

Spend the full night with make can harm your skin because so many makeups are made with chemicals that are not recommended for skin. But why is it so important to take your makeup off before bed? Dr. Parker explains that “to help have clean, clear skin,” you need to take the dirt and makeup off from the day. You also need to take off your makeup and wash your face to “allow your nighttime products to absorb into your skin.” 

 Burgess. says “That’s a bad habit a lot of people have,” If you’re using products with makeup on, you’re basically wasting your money. According to him, people should use the skincare products as per their skin types, they must apply moisturizing cream and location in dry cool weather.

Use More antioxidant-rich foods
