Arrest warrant issued against Ayesha Sana for cybercrime

Ayesha Sana will face the court under the allegations of cybercrime

Lahore high court issued a non-bailable arrest warrant against Ayesha on Tuesday, after a plaintiff named Yousuf Baig accused her of defaming his family online. written order was released by Additional Sessions Judge Syed Ali Abbas. It states that the proceedings against Ayesha were made after she failed to appear in court even after 30 days and that she deliberately absented herself despite being directed to show up at hearings.

According to details Yousaf  submitted his application against Aysha which reveals that Aysha posted private of his wife and daughter on social media without any permission and the posted photo became the cause of sham for his faimly

Earlier in July 2020, Ayesha was also summoned to the courts for fraud. The host was accused of borrowing Rs2 million from the plaintiff, later returning them with a bounced check.
